Principal Message
A big congratulations to all our children who have worked hard in 2022. Again another challenging year with covid, however all our children took it in their stride and did their best! Our children display our school ICARES Values. The huge amount of times I see our children living and breathing our values, gives me great pride and comfort. A big thank you to our staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure quality learning happens for our children.
Thanks parents and whanau for your support of our wonderful school. I wish everybody a safe and happy Christmas, and a great new year! I look forward to seeing you all in 2023. The first day of Term 1 is Tuesday the 31st January.
End of Year Prize Giving
Our prize giving is this evening and it starts at 6pm. This event is a great opportunity to celebrate the successes of our children and farewell our Year 6’s as they leave Tahuna School as confident and connected learners that are prepared for the next stage of their learning at Morrinsville Intermediate school in 2023.
To celebrate our amazing children and their achievements, there is a free sausage sizzle and soft drink ‘on the house’ provided by the FOS from 5pm onwards.
